Emergency/Priority Improvement loans provide timely financing for the repair of code violation or emergency condition that presents a health and safety hazard. General Improvement Loans support the rehabilitation and improvement of residential properties. Emergency/Priority Improvement Loans: 0% interest, mortgage-secured, no processing fee Minimum loan amount:$2,000 Maximum Loan amount: $10,000 General Improvement Loans: 1% interest rate, mortgage-secured $375 processing fee which may be financed Minimum loan amount: $3,000 Maximum loan amount: $23,000
